Scandal at Oncology, Vokshi: Lawsuit in SPAK for 'intentional murder',

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Albana Vokshi, filed a lawsuit in SPAK for "intentional murder" for the Oncology scandal, where it was discovered that doctors were "bargaining" with the lives of cancer patients by not offering them the service at QSUT, but sent to Edmond Gashi's private clinic.

"What happened to the oncologist is just another scandal, in the long line of scandals of this government, with the only difference, that every day that this scandal lasts, every day that there is no reaction, more patients' health deteriorates, more lose their lives", said the democratic lawmaker in a statement to the media.

Vokshi says that even after the publication of the scandal, there are still shortages of some medications and some cures, as well as the malfunctioning of treatment devices and equipment.

"Yesterday, other complaints arrived at the Democratic Party about the malfunctioning of the devices, either the door of the device does not work or the device does not work. Instead of having therapy 5 times a week, patients are offered only twice a week, or once a week, or never," she emphasized.

Deputy Vokshi stated that they require from SPAK, "the registration and initiation of criminal proceedings for the commission of the criminal offenses 'Deliberate murder', 'Deliberate murder in connection with another crime', 'Negligence in medical treatment', 'Nuclear materials and dangerous radioactive substances', 'Misconduct of duty'."

He also emphasized that "PD invites every patient, family member, relative, don't be silent, react to drive away those who greedily steal the money for medicines, cures, devices! react so they don't poison children with expired medicines!".
