The Assembly of Albania is expected to meet today. There are a number of issues to be discussed on the agenda, but the session is expected to continue amid tensions, as the Bardhi-Berisha group has once again warned of chaos.
The signals were given yesterday by Bardhi, who after the meeting with the group of deputies said that they will not allow normality until their conditions are met.
However, the two protagonists who lead the chaos, Gazment Bardhi and Flamur Noka, are excluded from the session for 10 days.
The calendar also includes the ratification of the agreement with the European Union for the operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in the Republic of Albania.
On the agenda is the Normative Act for additions and changes to the 2023 budget, for additions and changes to the income tax law.
Also, the review of the Normative Act for urgent measures for the protection and improvement of the infrastructure for the treatment of polluted water is expected.
The Assembly is expected to review and pass for voting several other normative acts and draft laws.
Below is the agenda for today's session in the Assembly.

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 15.1.2024.
3. Draft law "For the ratification of the financing agreement, between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, the Republic of France, represented by the Provence-Alpes-Cote D'Azur region, and the European Commission, for the program "( lnterreg VI-B) Euro-Mediterranean (EURO MED) 2021-2027″”.
4. Draft law "For the ratification of the agreement, between the Republic of Albania and the European Union, for the operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in the Republic of Albania".
5. Normative act no. 6, date 14.12.2023 "For some changes and additions to the law no. 84/2022 "For the budget of 2023", as amended.
