Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will not go to the meeting of the Council of Mandates, which will meet to consider SPAK's request for his arrest.
Berisha attacked the judiciary and the prosecutors, describing them as Rama's laros, who have violated the Constitution.

The Council of Mandates is meeting today at 12:00 in the Presidency of the Assembly, to discuss the request of SPAK for the arrest of Sali Berisha for the "Partizani" file.
This council consists of 10 deputies, with equal representation between the majority and the parliamentary minority, and is headed by the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla.
