Meanwhile, Sali Berisha seems critical in his stances towards the opposition, emphasizing that the way the DP deputies are behaving is sending the wrong message to voters.
"Each of us has his own character and emotion, but one thing should unite every opposition member: Respect for the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly. In 35 years, deputies have presented questions. The Assembly Administration has just sent me the revised text for both committees, where I see that all our amendments submitted last week have been reflected. The committees will be equal, co-chaired and have consensual decisions. The expertise of the OSCE-ODIHR, the Council of Europe and the Venice Commission will also be required. If the majority sticks to the version revised by the Assembly Administration, we vote in favor.
Ndërkohe të hënën ka raportimin 5 institucionet e drejtësisë. Fillojmë me Prokurorin e Përgjithshëm, SPAK, ILD, KLGJ dhe KLP. Rezolutat e mazhorancës nuk i votojmë, janë të njëanëshme. Belind Këlliçi: Unë mendoj se duhet të ruajmë një balancë mes reagimit dhe nevojës për të folur. Edhe unë nuk jam që të nënshtrohemi, por të gjejmë një zgjidhje sesi arrihet kjo pa humbur mundësinë për të folur.
Tomorr Alizoti: Më mirë të mos lenë të flasin sesa të nënshtrohemi. Ata po përpiqen që muajin e parë të na marrin hapësirën tonë. Kjo është e patolerueshme.

The responsibility for the normal functioning of the Assembly lies with the majority, not the opposition. The majority must respect the opposition, to respect the Rules. It is the duty of the Group Chairman to react whenever the criminals in power deny a right to an opposition MP. If the chairman does not do this, he is not up to the level of our trust. Therefore, the group chairman has done what this group has the duty to do, to protect the Rules of the Assembly. Otherwise, we are a facade opposition in the Assembly and this can never happen. Niko Peleshi wants to paralyze the Assembly, he will do it, but he is not the Speaker of the Assembly, he is a wretch taken hostage. Therefore, reaction is the only way when the Rules of Procedure are violated or when the opposition is denied a right that it has enjoyed for 35 years. We want normality, but true normality with respected Rules of Procedure. Normality with violated Rules of Procedure is false, it is a facade and we can never accept it.
