A few days ago, the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office indicted former Prime Minister Sali Berisha on charges of corruption related to the privatization process of the Partizani football club.
During the call to communicate the charges, the two prosecutors of the case, Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai, gave the chairman of the Democratic Party the full file, which consists of 499 pages.
In the file, SPAK mentions financing of the company Homeplan sh.pk, for the account of Sali Berisha, in the framework of the 2013 election campaign.
Likewise, in the SPAK file, it is stated that the daughter of the former prime minister, has benefited from a 95 m2 apartment, at the time that the citizen Sali Berisha was the President of the Republic of Albania, where several companions and the citizen Jamarbër Malltezi are identified in the relevant list of beneficiaries.
Thus it turns out that with the letter no. 2114 dated 11.06.1996, signed by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Aleksandër Meksi, was forwarded to the Municipality, EKB, the Ministry of Construction, the Presidency and the Ministry of the Interior, informing them that the nominal list has been approved, for treatment with apartment, belonging to the following citizens: Palace on Lidha e Prizren Street, 1st floor: Besnik Murati - companion; Jamarbër Malltezi, lawyer; Arjan Adhami companion; Ndrea Prendi accompanying; Ylli Pasha liaison; Mehmet Shkreli driver, Izet Haxhia companion, Agim Pasha driver and Arben Rumniçi companion.
Malltezi has been identified as getting a 3+1 apartment with no. 3 and garage while delivering a 1+1 apartment.
Citizens Jamarbër and Argita Malltezi, initially owned a 1+1 apartment located in the Ali Demi neighborhood, with a usable area of 51.29 m2, which they sold to EKB, in the amount of 802,273 ALL. In the following, with the contract for the sale of a residential apartment with a one-time payment, dated 31.10.2000, concluded between citizens Jamarbër, Argita and Nimetes, his grandmother, and EKB, it turns out that EKB has sold to buyers an apartment with number 3, located on Lidha e Prizren street, with a usable area of 93 m2 (three rooms + a kitchen + other auxiliary premises + garage - 28.39 m2). The value of the apartment is 2,175,146 ALL and the garage is 340,770 ALL.
After the price reduction, it turns out that an amount of 1,471,003 ALL was paid until the year 2000. On 28.05.2001, a sales contract was signed for this property (apartment and garage) located on Lidhja e Prizren street, between the seller EKB and the buyers Jamarbër Malltezi and Argita Malltezi. / Top Channel
