SP MP Brunilda Mersini has reacted after her selection to be a candidate for mayor of Vlora.
Mersin has described his candidacy as a spiritual mission to serve the community.
" Running to represent my city as a member of parliament was one of the most important decisions of my life. It was a calling to serve the community with honesty, dedication, and love."
With gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility, today I am entrusted with the candidacy for Mayor of Vlora.
This is not a journey of personal ambition, but a deep commitment to listening to every voice, to building bridges of cooperation for a better future for our city.
Every meeting with you, who trusted me in my candidacy as a member of parliament, every conversation on the streets of Vlora, every hand extended with kindness, has given me the strength to move forward. You have been by my side every step of the way, with faith, with courage and with that deep sense of belonging that only the people of Vlora know how to give.
Being a representative of this city is more than a duty, it is a spiritual mission. And today, this mission takes on a new responsibility: to work, with all my energy, dedication and love, to have a Vlora that resembles its honest, hardworking, proud and bright people.
