The Socialist Party has officially announced its 6 candidates for the November 6 elections. The names were finalized at the SP Presidency, where only Vlora and Tepelena were a surprise. "Pamfleti" is bringing below the CVs of the 6 candidates.
SP candidates
Municipality of Tirana - Ogerta Manastirliu was born in Tirana on December 31, 1978. She began her studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana, where she also received the title "Master of Science" in the branch of General Chemistry.
During the years 2005-2011, she headed the Directorate of Housing and Social Services. In the period 2011-2013, she was engaged as an expert in the management and coordination of social policies and human resources for various national and international organizations, such as UNFPA, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, etc. From September 2013 to March 2017, she headed the QSUT.
She held the position of Minister of Health and Social Protection from 2017 to 2023. From September 2023 to September 2025, she held the position of Minister of Education and Sports. Currently a member of parliament.
Municipality of Mat / Altin Bojni is a financial professional and currently holds the position of Director of Public Health. He previously held the position of Director of the Post Office and Director of Burrel Prison.
Municipality of Berat / Ervin Ceca graduated from the University of Padova in Italy, International Economics department. He has worked in the banking sector, in several second-tier banks in the country. Currently, he is the acting mayor of this municipality, a position he took on on March 13 after the resignation of Ervin Demos.
Municipality of Vlora / Brunilda Mersini studied medicine. She has extensive experience as an obstetrician-gynecologist. She was the director of a hospital in Vlora.
Municipality of Cërrik / Florenc Doka graduated in Law in 1999, receiving the title of lawyer, and in 2008 with the title of advocate. In 2001, he began his career in Public Administration as a lawyer, Legal Director, and Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Cërrik. His career continued in central institutions as a lawyer in the Regional Directorate of the Health Insurance Fund, etc.
In the years 2012-2014, he became part of the prison system and was appointed head of the legal and social affairs sector at the Elbasan Penitentiary. During the last 7 years, he has held the position of General Secretary in the Municipality of Cërrik.
Tepelena Municipality - Gramos Sako was born in Tepelena, on January 19, 1971. For almost 10 years, he served as Commander of the Republic Guard, until he retired in 2024. In 2009, he developed his career in the private sector as a project manager. /Pamphlet
