DP leader Sali Berisha reacted immediately after Prime Minister Edi Rama's speech of about 1 hour and 30 minutes at the group meeting where the decision to reject SPAK's request for the arrest of Belinda Balluku was made.
In a press conference, Berisha said that Rama offered protection for Balluku.
