"There was only prison left without trying", Valteri "explodes" to Meta: He was left alone as a dog, even his family abandoned him

Former MP Halit Valteri has spoken about the arrest of the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta. He said that Meta had tried all the positions in the government, but according to him only the prison was left untried.

Valteri adds that he was left alone, after being abandoned by his family and friends.

"Ilir Meta is a character that Albania has forgiven a lot, directed all the instances and all he had left was prison without trial. He was left alone as a dog, abandoned by his family and friends. It does not deserve attention, but it should return millions of euros to the country", Valteri said for "A2 CNN".

"Meta has stolen our future, with the malice that characterizes it, it has left Albania many years behind. "He turned political activity into his own benefit," concluded Valteri.
