The Russian media have paid attention to Zelensky's visit to Tirana, as they try to lower their level and attack Tirana and Pristina. They are also dissatisfied with Vucic.
Zelensky's visit to Tirana seems not to have been received well by Moscow. The Ukrainian president received support from the entire region, as it was agreed to support him militarily. The plan is for our country and other countries to strengthen the military industry to supply Ukraine with ammunition. But as is their custom, the Russian media have started with insults, wanting to lower the level of his visit to the region.
" Ukraina.ru " is a portal founded by the state media "Russia Today" and has dedicated a long article to Zelensky's visit to Tirana. According to this article, the leaders of the region were not at all thinking about him, but about the funds that the EU will provide, connecting it to the summit today, where the EU announced a fund of 6 billion euros. There is also a message for Vucic.

All happy families are equally happy; but every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way. And what happens in a Balkan family, not always friendly, was shown by the arrival of a problematic relative (Zelensky) at a family gathering: the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit in Tirana.
It's no secret that the Balkan countries didn't go there to deal with the problems of faraway relatives left with no money, but to discuss a plan from Brussels, which has just been promised to share 6 billion euros between theirs. But not in equal parts, but to each according to his achievements, or more precisely, depending on how quickly each arranges his house. Each country will carry out reforms in the field of justice and economy, revise its foreign policy and, what is also important, show readiness to support its distant Ukrainian relative.
For a family photo, where the honored place in the front row in the middle is reserved for the honorable patron from Brussels, where everyone is ready to smile and even hug each other. But then they will go home, and there everyone, together with their family members, will have to brainstorm how to fulfill the will of the capricious master.
Some of them may agree to help a relative in need, but some of them love more not this relative who came to a family gathering, but his older brother, with whom he has not spoken for years.
Albania
Albania is one of those NATO member countries that are always ready to listen to the wishes of the leadership of the military-political bloc and be the most loyal allies - of course to the best of their ability. From the beginning, the country took Kiev's side in the Ukrainian conflict. Zelensky is welcome in Tirana, but, as it turns out, not only because he is a friend of the largest Euro-Atlantic family.
The fact is that the Albanian leadership is actively participating in the Western project for the separation of Kosovo from Serbia. Meanwhile, Kiev does not recognize Kosovo's independence, as this step would deprive it of the opportunity to request the return of Crimea and other territories.
It is possible that the host of the event in Tirana, the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has used the opportunity to convince Zelensky, tempting him with Soviet weapons, which the Albanian army is ready to give him.

Kosovo has the status of a partially recognized separatist entity and is therefore satisfied with what they give it. The leadership in Pristina does not hide the fact that the politics of this country are shaped by Washington and Brussels. Therefore, despite the fact that Ukraine does not recognize Kosovo, partnership relations have developed between the separatists of Kosovo and Kiev.
The so-called president of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has repeatedly stated that Pristina will support Kiev until victory and complete "liberation" of the territory of Ukraine. Of course, with the hope that Kiev will return it with the same currency when the issue of wide international recognition of Kosovo is raised.
Serbia
In this new Balkan union under the supervision of the EU and NATO, the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic, is in the most difficult position. Belgrade is trying to maintain relations both with its traditional and reliable partner Moscow, and with Kiev, which, like Serbia, in the future claims a place in the big European family.
The whole absurdity of this situation is manifested very clearly in the defense of Serbia's sovereignty in relation to its southern region. Russia is the most consistent defender of Serbia's territorial integrity on all international platforms. In this regard, Serbia is interested in supporting Russia, at least until the leadership in Belgrade changes its stance. Meanwhile, she says she will never recognize Kosovo's independence.
On the other hand, Belgrade is grateful to Kiev for the fact that Ukraine has not yet recognized Kosovo, although it understands that with the strong desire of the West, this situation can change in a very short time. But here Belgrade has a bait that it can dangle in front of Zelensky's nose for now - the Serbian military industry, which shows particular success in the production of ammunition.
So far, Aleksandar Vučić has managed to skillfully maneuver between the interests of Russia and Ukraine, Russia and the West, Ukraine and Serbia, Serbia and the West, Serbia and Russia, between his political interests and the interests of his people. But the longer this game goes on, the less room for maneuver he has. The question is whether he will last until the end of the game and whether it will turn into an end in itself for him.
What about Zelensky?
While waiting for American help, Zelensky travels to different countries, collects pieces from the world and promotes his so-called peace initiative, in which, according to his idea, the whole world, except Russia, should sign up. In this tour he also visited the Balkans. In the military warehouses of the Balkan countries, many interesting things are stored from the time of the former Yugoslavia, where Soviet military equipment was highly respected. / Pamphlet
