Vucic as Putin's 'agent' provokes from Tirana: We are heading
Aleksandar Vucic

After the meetings held in Tirana, President Aleksandër Vucic spoke to the media about the threat made today by Serbia's close ally, Vladimir Putin.

Sending NATO troops to Ukraine will have tragic consequences, warned the head of the Kremlin, while not ruling out the option of nuclear weapons.

Regarding Putin's statement, Vucic said that he has not heard or seen the latter yet, while he warned of the escalation of conflicts in the world.

"I am very worried about what is happening in the world, and from the conversation with Zelenski and others. I am afraid that we are heading towards further complication of the situation in the world and further suffering and problems," said Vucic.

Further asked by the media about the meeting with Zelenskyn, Vucic said that Serbia has not signed any agreement with Ukraine.

"We have correct relations and support the territorial integrity of Ukraine, just as they support ours. Our relations with Russia are based on rational decisions. So far, we have been successful in developing our policy.' , said the Serbian president.

At the Tirana summit on Ukraine, Vucic requested that the sanctions against Russia, as well as the "malign influence of the Russian Federation on the countries of the region" be removed from the text.

Likewise, the president of Serbia requested that the text should not read "country" but "Six Western Balkans", given that Serbia does not recognize Kosovo as a state.
