The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazmeni Bardhi, stressed that not even the Italian mafia has dared to kill magistrates in the courtroom. According to Bardhi, Prime Minister Rama himself has incited war against judges. Gazment Bardhi's reaction comes a day after the execution of judge Astrit Kalaja, who was shot with at least 3 bullets after giving a decision in the name of the Republic.
"The appeal has become like an inn without gates, because you don't know who comes in and out, and at this stage, yesterday that serious event really happened, but even more serious was the reaction of the Ministry of Interior, which has no role in the security of the Courts."
The Prime Minister's reaction was even more scandalous. He is responsible. A judge who is insecure in his office and the courtroom is unable to deliver justice. Lacking self-confidence, the decision is influenced by the fear of murder.
The police have many roles, according to Article 49, it is the Council of Ministers, it is the one that determines the security rules in the courts and in 2020. The police are not only for judges and prosecutors, but also for attacking citizens on their properties.
It removed the police from providing security in the courts and prosecutor's offices, which led to individuals entering with weapons in their belts and judges being unprotected in the courtroom. It is an issue that should concern us all.

When the citizen sees the Prime Minister who is a party to the process, who is committing self-justification and declaring the Court's decision illegal, they too will commit self-justification in the courtroom. Not even the mafia in Italy has killed judges in the courtroom.
This is the reality of Albania in 2025. When citizens see those who control the state committing self-justification, they are encouraged to commit self-justification. The Supreme Court only reacts when judges are killed, not when they are attacked. When the Prime Minister kills them with words, the Supreme Court remains silent,” said Bardhi.
