The official SPAK document on the accusations brought against Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and entrepreneur Fatmir Bektashi regarding involvement in the "Partizani" case has been revealed.
Sali Berisha is accused of "Passive corruption of senior officials or local elected officials committed in cooperation, provided for by article 260 and 25 of the Penal Code".
Jamarbër Malltezi is accused of "Passive corruption in collaboration with Article 260 and Cleansing of Products in collaboration with Fatmir Bekteshin, provided for in Article 287 of the Penal Code;
Fatmir Bekteshi is accused of "Active corruption and laundering of products in cooperation with JM".
For Sali Berisha, a mandatory security measure has been imposed, while his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, has been arrested for the privatization of the former Partizani complex. The heir to the land and the builder Bekteshi has also been arrested.
The report was made by the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, regarding the procedures followed for the privatization of the state property "Klubi Sportiv Partizani" Tirana. SPAK has been following the investigations for two years.
The privatization of the former Partizani complex began in 2008 and was completed four years later, in 2012.
