Today's plenary session was accompanied by debates and retorts between the opposition and the majority.
Socialist Party MP Zegjine Çaushi has reacted harshly to opposition MPs for the vocabulary used today in Parliament.
The MP asked Speaker Peleshi not to allow Flamur Noka's behavior.
"How respectful, I was surprised now, honorable chairman, this behavior should not be tolerated on your part.
What is this nonsense, what are these words and these insults that Mr. Noka is using?
Wow, you're in the institution that the citizens voted for you, you're not in this street dictionary that I use.
"Remember where you are. Thank you," she said.
In the Assembly, today the Socialists rejected the first request for a motion with debate from the opposition on the governing program for the next 4 years. 73 deputies voted against. The head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, said that they will not accept requests that are contrary to the rules. According to him, the Democrats are deliberately sending distorted and truncated requests because they do not want a debate themselves while pointing the finger at the majority.
The second request for a motion is related to the Serbian genocide in Kosovo. Balla, as he took the floor again, reminded Berisha of a series of accusations that have been made against him for Kosovo, while saying that everything related to Kosovo and coming from the leader of the DP is not something good. He also referred to the protest called tomorrow in Tirana by KLA veterans for Hashim Thaçi and others who are being tried in The Hague, telling the DP that Rama will not participate, why does he not join the protest. Balla ironically called Berisha the son-in-law of Serbia.
