Dionis Sota, the candidate supported by the Democratic Party for the municipality of Vlora, has called on the citizens of Vlora to go to the polls to support, as he put it, “their son.” In a statement to the media after the vote, he emphasized that it is time for radical change for Vlora.
"Today is an invitation to the citizens of Vlora. They are the sovereigns of their city. I invite them to come vote and choose their son and the best option for the citizens. Let's not let the vote sleep in the drawer of the house or in the living room or the neighborhood cafe. I invite everyone to come vote because it is very important for the citizens. Historically, Vlora has had low turnout, so I invite you to come vote. It is time to make a radical change. Please come, stand up and spend 10 minutes for the future of the city of Vlora and I promise my maximum for the future of the city of Vlora", said the candidate.
He expresses confidence in victory and bases this on his seriousness, as he reiterated the call to go to the polls.
"I believe in victory extremely much. I take everything I start seriously. Please come with your hand on your heart and do not neglect it. It is your day. I have unveiled the entire program, I have the best program and I am a boy born and raised in this neighborhood. I am a boy who not only loves with all my heart, I am not a transient and pseudo-idealist, but a true idealist," he said.
