The first Deputy Prime Minister in Kosovo for European Integration, Development and Dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, published on Thursday some documents of Serbia for the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian majority.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi wrote on Facebook that Kosovo has constantly warned the international community about the real reason for Serbia's insistence on the formation of the Association of Serbian Majority Municipalities (AKS).
"AKS never intended to integrate the local Serbs in Kosovo, but to be Belgrade's "Trojan Horse" to make the state dysfunctional, preparing the way for the division of Kosovo," writes Bislimi.

The latest " Non-paper" drafted by the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Serbia (by Vasilije Krestić, member, https://ëëë.sanu.ac.rs/en/member/krestic-vasilije/) provides the most strong so far about the true intentions of Serbia behind the insistence on the AKS in Kosovo. The attached document will state the following:
a. The creation of the AKS is not an objective in itself, but it represents an important step towards achieving the goal of the "Serbian World" that coincides with the territory of the former Yugoslavia.
b. "Srpski svet" is an evolution of "Nacertanje" (https://researchgate.net/…/41119069_Ilija_Garasanin…) and should be seen as the "Nacertanje" of the 21st century.
c. Dizajni fillestar i AKS-së nuk është relevant, pasi kompetencat do të evolojnë dhe do të eksploatohen për shkak të përkrahjes financiare të Beogradit dhe një mungese relative të mbikëqyrjes nga Qeveria e Kosovës.
d. Këto kompetenca do të çojnë te një Republika Srpska e re me synim për ndarje territoriale mes territoreve shqiptare e serbe. Kjo më pas do të shtyjë komunitetin ndërkombëtar të njohë ekzistimin e dy entiteteve nacionale në Kosovë dhe një autonomi absolute në zonat e AKS-së.
e. Kjo autonomi do të sjellë një situatë që serbët nuk do të kenë nevojë për të ndërvepruar me Qeverinë e Kosovës, duke e bërë kështu AKS-në si një “parazit” në territorin e Kosovës.
f. Serbia beson se avantazhi kryesor krahasues që ka aktualisht, dhe duhet të shfrytëzojë, është superioriteti ekonomik në rajon.
g. In the current circumstances, the ultimate goal "Serbian World" cannot be realized by political means alone. Other means should also be used, including religious mechanisms with the potential for political influence in neighboring countries where the Serbian Orthodox Church operates.
h. Therefore, the establishment of the AKS should be a key imperative for Serbian politicians, providing a nucleus for the age-old goal of uniting the Serbian nation.
