" Both sides agreed on this path to normalization earlier this year. This is something binding on them and the parties are required to engage constructively and in good faith in this agreement. I hope that soon we will issue a statement with the ministers' considerations for this dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, assisted by the European Union ," said Borrell.

He added that the EU wants "to begin implementation on the basis of the proposal without further delay, and this includes the obligation of both parties to fully implement past dialogue agreements."
