EULEX refutes Vucic: He did not send us a letter about the three Kosovo

The President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, has not sent a letter to EULEX regarding the three police officers of Kosovo.

This is what EULEX announced, while adding that they also requested information from the Ministry of Interior of Serbia on this issue.

Also, EULEX says that it is also in contact with the Kosovo Police and KFOR regarding this case.

"The President of Serbia has not sent a letter to EULEX regarding the case of the three Kosovo police officers. However, EULEX has requested and received information about this case from the Ministry of Interior of Serbia based on the Protocol for police cooperation between EULEX and the Ministry of Interior of Serbia. In addition to the Ministry of the Interior of Serbia, EULEX is also in contact with the Kosovo Police and KFOR regarding this case," the announcement states.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that he will host the visit of the head of the Liaison Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Belgrade, Jetish Jashari, to the three policemen of Kosovo, who were kidnapped by the Serbian forces and are now being held in King, as detainees.

He said that after the data from this visit, he will decide whether he will go to Brussels for dialogue or not.
