Foreign Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dacic

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, said that he did not know if the vice-president of the Serbian List, Milan Radoicic, is in the video published by the Minister of the Interior of Kosovo, Xelal Svecla, but added that it is "obvious" that the video is not from the day of the attack in the north of Kosovo.

"I don't have any information whether he [Radoicic] is in the video or not, I really don't know," Dacic told Serbia's Radio Television on September 26.

According to him, it is a matter of "fraud" - the video "is not from the day" when the attack took place.

The Minister of the Interior of Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, published a video on September 26, where he said that Radoicic appears among the armed persons who clashed with the Kosovo police in the monastery of Banjska in Zveçan, on September 24.

"They keep saying that they are criminal groups and that the KLA are freedom fighters. They are also freedom fighters, if that's the case," Dacic said.
According to him, Kosovo "is trying to prove and show that Millan Radoicic or Zvonko Vesselinovic were the ones who committed these actions".

"They would most like to have met [Millan] Mojsilovic [Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army] because they need a connection with Belgrade," said Dacic.
He also said that the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is "the only one to blame for everything that happened" and added that Belgrade does not justify any violent action.

"We are sorry for the killing of a policeman, for the loss of Serbian lives, and for the fact that such an incident occurred that is not in the interest of Serbia," said Dacic.
Sveçla, along with the video posted on September 26, wrote that Radoicic "was the leader of the terrorist group and of the attack that left policeman Afrim Bunjaku dead."

Lista Serbe is the largest party of Kosovo Serbs that has the support of Belgrade, while Radoicic and the businessman from the north of Kosovo, Zvonko Vesselinovic, about whom Dacic spoke, are on the black list of the USA for corruption and international crime.

They are also linked to the murder of the Serbian opposition politician, Oliver Ivanović, from the north of Kosovo.

The Kosovo Police was attacked on September 24 by a group of masked and armed persons in the village of Banjskë, where police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed, while several others were injured.

In the exchange of fire that followed, the police killed three attackers of Serbian nationality, while six of them were arrested. A day later, on September 25, two more were arrested in Banjska.

The Kosovo Police, during the control in the area around Banjska, found a large arsenal of heavy weapons.

In an interview with Euronews Albania, given on the same day, Sveçla repeated that the video in which he said Radoicic was filmed by a police drone and that Radoicic was in the premises of the Banjska monastery.

According to him, "over 30 terrorists led by Millan Radoiçiçi" participated in the September 24 attack./REL
