Sveçla has said that Serbia as a country is fully involved in this attack on Kosovo.

"For this reason, there is already a formal and structural connection of Aleksandar Vučić's involvement in the September 24 attack in Banjska i Zvečani: Milan Radojčič, as the vice-president of the Serbian List and the bodyguard of Aleksandër Vulini, head of the BIA. Both of these are also sanctioned in the US blacklist. Both of these are among the closest people to the president of Serbia", he emphasizes.

He stated that the facts are proof that Serbia's intentions towards Kosovo have not changed since the time of Milosevic.

"Even the biggest optimists who until now have lied to themselves about the changes in this country, I believe, have been convinced of the opposite these days. I want to once again express my gratitude for the resilience of the Kosovo Police that day and for their unparalleled professionalism, an action in which no civilian was injured", concluded Sveçla.

On Sunday, policeman Afrim Bunjaku was killed as a result of an armed attack in Banjska i Zveçani. In the subsequent Police action, dozens of armed attackers in Serbian uniforms surrounded the village of Banjské.

The police were continuously attacked by the assailants. From the action, three attackers have been confirmed killed and eight arrested so far. Of those arrested, three were sent to custody and four were released. An arsenal of weapons was also captured, while several other attackers have already fled and are being treated in Serbian hospitals.

Footage has already been published showing how the armed group moved to the Banjska Monastery. Minister Sveçla has published images in which the deputy chairman of the Serbian List, Milan Radoicic, can also be seen.
