Tomorrow is the test for Albin Kurti, the leader of LVV asks for individual

After the constitution of the Assembly, Kosovo is expected to enter a new political crisis: that of forming a government.

Tomorrow, the vote for the new government will be held and Albin Kurti is being tested. Vetëvendosje has 48 MPs, while it also has support from at least seven MPs from non-Serb minority communities. Currently, there is no information about a coalition agreement. Political experts point out that securing individual votes could change the predictions.

October 10 is the date when the 9th legislature was constituted, resulting from the February 9 elections. All this happened 8 months after the elections were held. Now, the country is facing a different situation. The mandate for the formation of the new government, the leader of Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, must present the new government cabinet to 120 MPs tomorrow.

But, for those familiar with political developments, the chances that Kosovo will have a new government tomorrow are minimal.

"I do not expect any major change from what we have seen in recent months. It will be an effort, at least for the public, that Mr. Kurti is trying to form the government, but the others are not ready to form a coalition. I believe that this is a preparation for the next elections because neither the two major Albanian parties have the numbers nor do they have an agreement between themselves to form the Government," said Dritëro Arifi, an expert on political processes, reports "Telegrafi".
