
A woman lost her life this morning in a hotel in the Gracanica area, in Kosovo.
It is suspected that she fell from the second floor of a " Venus " hotel in Pristina.
The news has been confirmed by the Kosovo Police , according to the announcement, the victim is 34-year-old Artila Kameri .
" Today at the Graqanica police station, a death investigation was initiated, where the victim is a 34-year-old woman, whose death was confirmed by the medical team at the scene. Currently, the police, in coordination with the Prosecutor's Office, have initiated and are undertaking all appropriate investigative actions that would help investigate and clarify the case, while the dead body of the victim has been sent for autopsy ," Flora Ahmeti told the media in Kosovo.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, Laureta Ulaj, also spoke about the case. As she has announced, the case has been recorded as a "death investigation".
"After receiving the information from the police, the guardian prosecutor from the Department of Serious Crimes went to the scene. By order of the same body, the lifeless body was sent to the IML for an autopsy, while the "death investigation" was initiated. The prosecution in coordination with the police is undertaking the necessary investigative actions to shed light on the circumstances of this case," she was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Nacionale writes that at the time the incident occurred, there were two other people inside the hotel, a man from Peja and a girl from Gjakova.
The victim allegedly had a private business in Gjakovë for aesthetics, and has had several public appearances in the local media.
