Lawyer Cedomir Stojkovic has been released after four hours of detention by the Security Intelligence Agency of Serbia (BIA).
In a post on the social network 'X', Stojkovic writes that his release is not a result of the will of the Serbian authorities, but because they knew that if he were to be arrested, the pressure from the internationals would be great.
"After being detained for four hours by members of the Information Security Agency of Serbia, I was released for free movement. Now Aleksandër Vučić must explain why I was released, while Nikola Sandulović was detained for the same issue.
My release is not the result of the will of the authorities. I was released because the authorities were aware that if they arrested me too, the pressure from the international community would be too great," he writes.
Lawyer Stojkovic writes that in the state of Aleksandar Vučić, the laws are applied arbitrarily.
"I did something even 'worse' than Nikola, I gave a speech at the grave where he placed flowers", writes the lawyer, among other things.
However, Stojkovic does not rule out the possibility that he could be arrested after arriving in Belgrade.
