Vjosa Osmani meeting with Von der Leyen, focusing on relations between Kosovo and the EU

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, held a meeting with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, before the "COP28" conference, which was held in Dubai.

Osmani says that it is always a pleasure to meet with the president of the EC while revealing that they have discussed the steps that should be taken to bring Kosovo closer to the European Union.

"It is always a great pleasure to meet with the president of the European Commission, Ursula vonder Leyen, and to discuss how we can bring the Republic of Kosovo closer to the EU ," writes Osmani.

The President of Kosovo also met with the President of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, during the "COP28" conference.

Osmani said that they talked about strengthening the ties between Kosovo and Slovenia.

"A good acquaintance with President Nataša Pirc Musar at COP28. A good conversation about recent developments and our joint efforts to strengthen Kosovo-Slovenia ties" , Osmani wrote on the X platform.
