Kosovo is today in mourning for the murder of two women within a few days. All flags in state institutions are lowered to half-mast.
The decision to declare Wednesday a day of mourning was taken the day before by the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
"It will be a day of national mourning in Kosovo, but our society will be in mourning every day as long as there are murders of our women and girls", the announcement says.
