The CEO of the technology company at the center of the scandal now known as the "kiss at the Coldplay concert" was "too close" with the HR director long before they were captured on the stadium's giant screen, according to newly released footage.
Andy Byron, 50, the former CEO of billion-dollar artificial intelligence firm Astronomer, was filmed getting intimate with human resources director Kristin Cabot, 52, during a sold-out Coldplay concert at Boston's Gillette Stadium on Tuesday.
The new video, obtained by TMZ, shows the two sharing an intimate moment as the band performed their hit song "Yellow," hugging and swaying to the beat of the music, in front of thousands of fans, as the stadium was lit up by phone lights.
"Views from behind show a much more intimate interaction," the media adds, suggesting that the closeness between the couple was not a fleeting moment but a bond consolidated over time.
The video filmed from behind their chairs shows Byron leaning in to kiss Cabot as they embrace tightly.
Both appear relaxed and untroubled, completely unaware that just moments later they would end up in the spotlight of viral attention and a scandal when the footage was shown on the stadium's giant screen.
