Albanian singer Rita Ora will perform at Prince Harry's 2023 Invictus Games closing ceremony.

This year's tour takes place in Dusseldorf, Germany, where Rita will perform at the closing ceremony on September 16.

The Daily Mail writes that Rita is a close friend of the event's founder, Prince Harry, who is expected to give an emotional speech at the closing ceremony.

Rita and Harry have been friends for years, with the pop star attending Harry's wedding in 2018.

The Invictus Games is a sports tournament for wounded, injured or ill military personnel, both serving and veterans.

Harry was instrumental in bringing the Games to the UK in 2014, when 300 competitors from 13 countries took part in the inaugural competition in London.
