Giorgio Armani's legacy, which includes all of his fashion brands, restaurants and other company assets, will now be administered by the designer's Foundation.
This plan for wealth and legacy management had been envisioned since 2016 and was led by Pantaleo Dell'Orco, Armani's right-hand man, and Irving Bellotti, CEO of Rothschild Italy.
According to the Foundation's plans, the designer's nephew, Luca Camerana, is expected to replace the former founder and continue his vision in leading the brand and various projects.
