World-famous Albanian singer, Rita Ora, has revealed an interesting detail about her career.
Rita Ora has stated that in her early days she used her sister, Elena, to give radio interviews in her place, as their voices are almost identical.
During an interview with BBC Radio 2, she confessed that during very busy periods with commitments, she definitely had to do this stunt.
" Yes, it's true. Elena is my sister and she knows every detail about me, so I would say: 'Come on, make a call to New Zealand, I'm making another one to Australia' and she would say: Hi, I'm Rita Ora ."
The singer added that perhaps some radio stations in Australia and New Zealand never realized they were talking to her sister.
" I had to do what had to be done, it was a very busy period ," said Rita.
Although they don't look much alike physically, Rita pointed out that their voices are "almost identical," causing laughter in the studio.
Rita's story has been received with much sympathy and humor on social media, where fans have widely commented on the spontaneous and honest way in which the singer shares moments from her beginnings in the music industry.
