The former resident of BBV2, Zhaklina Gjolla, was invited to the show "Invitation to 5", to discuss the topic of salary in Albania.
She has told her story when she was fired from a radio station for not doing an extra job.
According to Zhaklina, she was paid to be a radio speaker, while she was also asked to do marketing work.
The moment she refused this, they fired her.
"In most of the institutions where I have worked, it has been very difficult to separate exactly the boundaries of work, what is my role and what is the role of someone else. I was fired from a radio station here in Tirana, precisely because they asked me to do marketing work while being paid to be a radio speaker.I refused the second time to go and sell the product and they fired me.
I put out a post on my Instagram 1 hour before the show started and so far 60 people have voted, the first time I saw it at 5.00. Of these 60 people, 15 percent voted that "they said we were not exploited, we are satisfied" and 85 percent said that "they exploited us at work", along with the comments "ugh to the bone, ugh like this and ugh like that" .
