The main match of week 12 in the Abisnet Superiore, between Dinamo and Elbasan, played at "Air Albania", ended 1-1.
Dinamo took the first risk with Qefaliaj in the 12th minute, but the midfielder's shot ended up over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, it was Klevi Qefaliaj again who tried to find the goal from the free kick, but the ball ended up out of bounds. In the 31st minute, Dejvi Bregu tried to surprise from distance, but his shot was easily stopped by Janaček.
In the 33rd minute, after a beautiful move by the yellow-blues, Lukili entered the area nicely and assisted Blaiz Tsague, the Cameroonian striker sent the ball into the net.
Dinamo's equalizer came in the 43rd minute, when Dejvi Bregu converted a penalty kick, won after a foul by goalkeeper Janaček on Florenc Farruku, who was substituted for the injured Bernard Berisha. The first half ended 1-1.
The second half started with two yellow cards for the "Blues", first Dejvi Bregu for simulation and then Naser Aliji for a foul. In the 60th minute, Elbasani came close to scoring after a corner kick, but Aldo Teqja was careful at the end.
The most interesting development of the second half was in the 86th minute, where there was a contact in the area between Dinamo midfielder Eridon Qardaku, introduced in the second half, and the yellow-blue goalkeeper Janaček. The main referee of the match pointed his finger from the penalty spot, the linesman gave an offside position. VAR intervened and the lineman's decision was correct. The final score was 1-1.
After this draw, Dinamo climbs to fourth place with 19 points, Elbasan temporarily remains at the top with 24 points.
