The Albanian Football Association's Disciplinary Committee has now distributed the "usual ration" of midweek fines to clubs regarding spectator behavior in the stands.
The club that has suffered the most is Vllaznia, which must pay a fine of 300 thousand lek for the behavior of its supporters during the last match against Egnatia. Meanwhile, in terms of disciplinary measures, it was Skënderbeu footballer Bismark who was punished with a two-match suspension due to the red card he received in the match against Teuta.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- KF Skënderbeu player, Sie Bismark Charles Kwarena, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
2- KF Vllaznia, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities and improper behavior of spectators, by throwing objects on the playing field and lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lek.
3- FK Apolonia, for failing to comply with obligations, responsibilities for the organization of the match and the activity regulations, causing delays in the start of the game repeatedly, based on articles 8/1, 17/1 and 33/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek. In accordance with article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
4-Flamurtari FC, for the misconduct of spectators, by throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. In application of article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5- FK Kukësi, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. In accordance with article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
6- KF Burreli official, Klevis Gjoka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
7- FC Besa, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. In accordance with article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
8- Basania FC player, Fatjon Marku, for assaulting match officials, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 15 (fifteen) match suspension from activities.
9- FC Besa U-21, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-21 championship, against KF Vllaznia U-21, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
10- SG Tirana U-13, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional Zone U-13, against Akf Peza U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
11- Rejection of the request of FC Turbina official, Xhynej Cutra, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
12-Rejection of the request of the official of KF Shkëndija Tirana, Luan Pinari, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
