The former striker of the national team, Erjon Bogdani, told the show "Champions", the emotions of Albania's European matches. According to him, the team should play more in such competitions, because of what it gives to the fans.
Bogu revealed that for him the most emotional moment was Bajram's first goal against Italy, saying it came directly after the national anthem.
" The first match with Italy, I was in the stadium. A match where our team did not play as it had the opportunity, or as the qualifiers. With Croatia and Spain, the team played very well. A great atmosphere from the fans, the players were very good. I hope that we as a national team participate more in these competitions because they make us feel like we have wings to fly and follow them closely.
Most exciting moment? Bajram's goal against Italy, obviously. It was the hymn in the beginning. A goal, with many emotions. ", declared Bogdani.
