The dramatic clash between Lyon and PSG ended with a score of 2-3, with the Parisians securing a victory in extra time.
The first half started at a fast pace and was goalless. It was PSG who opened their account in the 26th minute, through Zaire-Emery, making it 0-1. It wouldn't be long before Lyon equalized just four minutes later through Moreira, who made it 1-1.
Paris would respond in kind, scoring just 3 minutes later, in the 33rd through Kvaratskhelia, which would seal the 1-2 score for the first half.
At the start of the second half, Lyon would look for the equalizer again and would find it in the 50th minute through Maitland-Niles. The drama would be reserved for the last minutes when Lyon were left with 10 men after Tagliafico was punished with a second yellow card. That would be enough for PSG to snatch a narrow victory. It was Neves who scored the winning goal in the 90+5 minute, giving Paris the victory.
With this result, PSG remains in first place with 27 points, while Lyon is in seventh place with 20 points.
