United "resurrect", 'Devils' get first victory, Xhaka

Manchester United have secured their first win of the new Premier League season after defeating Burnley in a last-gasp 3-2 win at Old Trafford.

In the 17th minute, Kyle Walker lost the ball inside the area and Mason Mount took advantage, who was tripped inside the area by the former Red Devils defender, but now plays for Burnley.

Initially, the main referee of the match pointed his finger at the penalty spot, but not being convinced and after being signaled by VAR, he decided to see the footage on the screen himself and changed his mind, overturning the previous penalty decision.

The decision of the main referee of the match, Samuel Barrot, greatly angered the United players and fans, but the “Devils” did not give up and found the advantage a few minutes later. In the 27th minute, Bruno Fernandes crossed from the side of the free kick, Casemiro hit the crossbar with his head and the ball collided with Burnley defensive midfielder, Josh Cullen and ended up in the net. The first half ended 1-0 to United.

Burnley equalised at 1-1 in the 55th minute, Lil Foster scoring after an assist from Bran Larsen. However, the Devils were back in the lead just two minutes later, Brian Mbeumo scoring his first goal for Manchester United, after an assist from Dalot.

In the 66th minute, Jadon Anthony tied the scores again at 2-2, after a scuffle in the area and a long ball from Kyle Walker from the throw-in.

The winning goal for the home team was scored by Bruno Fernandes from the penalty spot in the 90th + 6th minute. As for Armando Broja, the red and black striker was not at all ready for this match, as he is not yet ready, despite playing in midweek for 63 minutes, in the EFL Cup.

In other matches, Jack Grealish has been reborn, assisting twice in Everton's 2-3 away win over Wolverhampton. Xhaka's Sunderland won 2-1 at home to Brentford in the last breath. It was precisely the midfielder of Albanian origin who provided the assist for the winning goal in the last minute of extra time. Xhaka's perfect cross, Isidor headed the ball into the net.

The big surprise is undoubtedly Tottenham's 0-1 home loss to Bournemouth. The "London Roosters" were coming off two convincing wins in the first two weeks, but today they disappointed in front of their fans. The fate of the match was decided by Evanilson's goal in the 5th minute of the match.
