It is reported that the Portuguese star is unhappy with the way the Public Investment Fund (PIF) manages several Saudi clubs, including Al Nassr.
Media sources suggest that Ronaldo is concerned after learning that Al Hilal, another club under the control of the PIF, has secured the necessary funds to meet Benzema's financial demands.
However, it is said that Ronaldo has no personal problems with Benzema himself. As a result of the situation, he refused to play in Al Nassr's match against Al Riyadh on Monday. Although he returned to training this week, it remains unclear whether he will be active in Friday's match against Al Ittihad, Benzema's former club.
The breakup with Al Ittihad and the perfect debut
