The Discipline and Ethics Commission in the AFL has decided to exclude the Second Category club, Shënkollin, from all activities. This comes as a result of repeated violence within 1 and a half months. We remind you that during this time, Shënkolli was involved in the physical violence of the referee in the match against Sopot, but he gave the match against Murlani.
Decisions made today by the Discipline and Ethics Commission:
1- KF Shënkolli, for failing to fulfill the responsibilities for guaranteeing order and safety repeatedly, causing acts of violence and not guaranteeing the safety of the match officials based on Articles 6/3/j, 16/1 and 17/1/c of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0 against KF Murlani and is fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
2- Pursuant to Articles 6/3/i, 6/3/j, 17, 32, 33, 45, 46, 61 and 77 of the KDE, KF Shënkolli is excluded from football activity for the 2023-2024 season and is reduced to a shorter category.

4- The player of KF Shënkolli, Anton Lleshi, for physical attack on the official of the match leading to the final interruption of the match, based on article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities.
5- The player of KS Kastrioti, Eneid Kodra, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
6-The player of FK Tomorri, Samuel Solomon, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
7- KF Maliqi, for misbehavior of the spectators, insulting the opposing fans, throwing objects on the field of play and consequently stopping the match for several minutes, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
8-KF Butrinti, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the field of play and as a result stopping the match for several minutes, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
9- The official of KF Shënkolli U-16, Hasan Hoxha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
10- The player of KF Shkodra U-19, Kolin Guri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/J of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
11- The player of Laberia FC U-19, Gani Kakaçi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/J of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
12- The player of AF Triumph U-19, Albjon Tafili, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
13- Dismissal of the request of KF Maliqi player, Devis Meçollari, not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
14- Dismissal of the request of the KF Maliqi player, Flavio Demollari, not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
15- Dismissal of the request of the U-19 Football Academy player, Amarildo Kola, not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
16-Rejecting the request of the U-17 Football Academy player, Evans Çuni, not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
