They killed the 29-year-old Greek, UEFA with an "iron hand" against

The match between AEK and Dinamo Zagreb, scheduled to be played a week ago in Athens, was canceled due to the violence of the Croatian fans, as a result of which a Greek fan was killed. This caused the match to be played on a different date, while UEFA did not hesitate to punish the Croatian fans, although the incidents took place outside the stadium.

Thus, Dinamo Zagreb ultras will not be allowed to participate in transfer matches until the end of the season. With the elimination from the Champions League, Dinamo Zagreb will play in the "Play Off" of the Europa League and in this match, the Croatian fans will only be at the home match.

UEFA's decision:

"Following the extremely serious incidents that took place before the postponed UEFA Champions League third qualifying round match between AEK and Dinamo Zagreb originally scheduled for 9 August 2023, in Athens, and which resulted in the death of a Greek national, UEFA has decided that GNK Dinamo fans will not be allowed to attend any away matches for the remainder of the 2023/24 UEFA competition season.

Following an assessment by UEFA, all matches involving visiting Dinamo fans are considered to be high risk. This was unfortunately proven by the extreme gravity of the incidents due to the presence in Athens of GNK Dinamo fans, despite the decision not to provide them with tickets for the match in question.
This is also highlighted in the report that contains information on the incidents that the Greek authorities have given to UEFA", UEFA writes, among other things, in the decision.
