Jose Mourinho is planning a sensational return to the Premier League. The news is announced by "Daily Mail", which has discovered that the Portuguese coach is ready to accept an offer from his former club, Manchester United.
Sources close to the Portuguese, who was fired a few weeks ago by Roma, have revealed to the British tabloid that he thinks he still has "open accounts" at the "Red Devils" and is ready to work with the club he left in December 2018 in a not so friendly way.
Mourinho is reportedly keen to work with the English club's new management, as Jim Ratcliffe and his company INEOS have taken over the transfer and technical side of the club where they bought a 25% stake from the Glaze family. "His ambition is to return to United. He has turned it into a personal mission to return to the club," a friend of Mourinho explained to the British tabloid.
Mourinho took charge of Manchester United in 2016 and secured the Europa League trophy with this club, as well as the League Cup. A year later, he managed to finish the championship in second place, behind the wings of Manchester City.
