Restaurant and sports complex several million euros
In May last year, Besart Kallaku registered a business in Mzeze, Kashar, next to the main road.

It is an investment of over 2 million euros, which includes the Noku Sports Complex, playgrounds for children, a restaurant, pizzeria, etc., called Burger Ija.
This business is named after Besart Kallaku's grandmother, Ijes. The use of grandmothers to camouflage businesses is a feature mainly of criminal groups and cocaine traffickers. In this case, Bes Kallaku, the business is in his name, but he has put the name of his grandmother.
Only the investment for the kitchen of this restaurant cost over 400 thousand euros. There are data that through this business, Bes Kallaku is receiving fictitious invoices, increasing turnover, with the aim of cleaning dirty money.
The couple two million euro villas
With the finalization of the much talked about divorce, Besi and Xhensila are expected to share two more villas in the oligarchs' complexes, one near Tirana and the other in Lalzi Bay.
Their value is several million euros. The source of the money, as always, remains a mystery.

Jeans, gym and some houses
Singer Xhensila Myrtezaj owns a gym in Sauk and several houses in Tirana.
It is about another investment of several million euros with money whose source is unknown.
Mrs. Myrtezaj demonstrates luxury even in expensive clothing. The singer's accessories and clothes cost thousands of euros.
Besi, fish restaurant
Besart Kallaku is co-owner of a fish restaurant in Tirana, Loku & Arditi Fisherman, opened in 2017, an investment also with a dubious source of money.
