Former Minister of Justice, Eduard Halimi, remembered his friend Sokol Olldashi, former Minister of Interior of Albania.
Olldashi lost his life 12 years ago in an accident.
Halimi writes that he is missed as a friend, as a person, and as an extraordinary companion.
"At this hour, on that fateful night, we lost a friend, a colleague and an extraordinary person. 12 years without Sokol... but your memory remains as vivid as the last day at lunch when we met at Koto's, never to be seen again!"
