Should justice intervene?
Petraj: SPAK was part of the Task Force, but it had no authority to decide because everything was under the direction of the Prosecutor General. Without the special structure being put into motion by an individual, justice does not move; The injured person must make a request to the institution. It has been treated as part of the lack of capacities. But it does not mean that this issue should not be put into motion. In my opinion, this will become a precedent. The way Auloni acted is very right. If the Court is not strengthened, the Special structure will cause disaster.
