23-year-old dies after serious accident, parents denounce Trauma doctors: Boy died from negligence

The parents of 23-year-old Albert Togu have filed a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office against the doctors at the Trauma Hospital for medical negligence and have held them responsible for their son's death this morning.

Family members tell "News 24" that their son was hospitalized in the Trauma Hospital as a result of a road accident.

Shocked, Kujtim Togu says that his son's body was transported to the morgue but an autopsy has not yet been performed.

He emphasizes that forensic medicine cannot perform the autopsy without the 23-year-old's medical record, which has not yet been issued by the Trauma Hospital.

Albert Togu was in an accident a week ago in Gjorm, Kurbin, while traveling in a vehicle with 2 other people, after the "Audi" vehicle they were traveling in veered off the road and collided with the side barriers.
