Journalist Klodiana Lala commented on Altin Ndoc's escape from the Durrës Regional Hospital, raising suspicions that the event was not accidental, but planned.
She noted that no explanation has yet been given as to why Ndoci has remained in a low-security prison, instead of being held in a high-security institution as had been foreseen.
"I think there were collaborators outside who helped him move, and I also suspect collaborators or informants within the system."
Since May 2020, there has been no in-depth investigation by the prosecution into how Ndoci was assessed as low security and the lack of implementation of security protocols during detention.
"No explanation was ever given as to why Ndoci remained in a low-security prison, instead of being held in a high-security institution as was planned ," Lala told the show 'The Unexposed'.
