Analyst Martin Leka has commented on the latest developments regarding SPAK and Prime Minister Rama's statements towards the Special Prosecution Office.
While speaking about the recent arrests at the Agricultural University of Tirana, the analyst told "News 24" that the fact that 24 people from the field of education have been taken into custody with security measures constitutes a shocking event for a university and the public as a whole.
"The defendants are academics and people of science, but the process must be transparent due to the high public sensitivity that accompanies it ," said Leka.
The analyst also mentioned the statement of the university's vice-rector, who told the court that her only crime was that she had proposed the digitalization of laboratories at the university.
