Then, if this is true, it shows that the problem starts with the appointment. Because you cannot use the position for private interests. This appointment is in violation of the law. 2 laws have been violated, the Prosecutor's Office, but also the law on conflict of interest.
If you look at Ols Dado's career, it turns out that in 2010 he was appointed to the Pogradec Prosecutor's Office, then to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office Task Force, and then moved to the General Prosecutor's Office, passed Vetting, and then passed to SPAK.
So it does not have the legal age because it shows a malfunction of the vetting and calls into question SPAK.
