Even though she is under investigation for "Forgery of documents" and "False accusation", the judge of Tirana Arnisa Këlliçi alias Gorezi, continues to be advertised as a success in the tables of Albanian justice.
The criminal case against Këlliç continues to be active in the Durrës prosecutor's office, while the High Council of Prosecution has decided since February 2024 a measure of suspension from the duties of this judge, who during the exercise of the duty, has shown strange behavior.
But the criminal prosecution for two criminal offenses and Kelliç's suspension from office did not prevent the School of Magistrates from sitting him down at a table with the President of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, and the member of the Constitutional Court, Ilir Toska.
The two highest people of Albanian justice have chosen to address a topic of discussion with students of the Magistracy, where the facilitator of this training, which will be held on June 18, 2024, is the suspended judge of Tirana, Arnisa Këlliçi.
The two members of the Supreme and Constitutional Court, together with the one suspended from office, Arnisa Këllici, will hold a lecture on the topic of "...the concept of annulment and repeal of the act-means of ex officio control of the public body on administrative activity and the difference from administrative appeal as an effective tool of the subject to the action...".
For all those who have forgotten, Judge Arnisa Këlliçi is the one who eavesdropped on her colleagues in the Court of Tirana, plotted with SPAK and arrested them and communicated through sexual messages with colleagues and former colleagues in Tirana.
Kelliçi is the judge who falsified the threatening letter against her, deceived the High Judicial Council and the Minister of Justice, trying to bring into play the Tirana prosecutor's office, which she set in motion after a criminal report she filed for the charge of "Intimidation because of duty".
The investigations carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana revealed that Kelliçi had written the threatening letter himself.
Moreover, the investigation of the accusation progressed by revealing that Judge Kelliçi had sexist communications with former judge Arben Mickaj and the latter's wife.
Currently, this investigative case has been transferred to the Prosecutor's Office of Durres, after the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana declared its lack of competence, as one of the persons referred by Judge Kelliçi was the prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi.
The case is now being pursued in the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, while Arnisa Këlliçi continues to be active in the highest Albanian justice system, such as the School of Magistrates and supports Sokol Sadushi and Ilir Toska./Oranews
