Lawyer Arben Llangozi has stated that the name of a SPAK prosecutor was mentioned in the "SkyEcc" interceptions.
In an interview for the show "Albania Live", on Top Chanel, Llangozi said that it is about the influence that the former chief prosecutor of SPAK, Arben Kraja, had in connection with the "Toyota Yaris" file. According to Llangoz, the latter influenced this file to be taken out of the hands of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana first and then Altin Dumani in order to give it to two other prosecutors.
All this movement, Llangozi said, is described in the Sky interceptions, which result in the same way as the actions carried out later.
"The hottest file in the Special Prosecutor's Office related to "ToytaYaris", there we are dealing with the implication of a number of high officials of justice, whose actions and communications that were used in the "SKY" application, match the actions concrete.
So in this file I have received information that the General Prosecutor has also appeared in the interception, which has influenced the Appeals Prosecutor's Office to give up an Appeals prosecutor from the appeal made by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.
In conclusion, the fact is that the Appellate prosecutor has waived the charge as discussed in the application. So this deserves an investigation because it was also discussed in the communication. At the same time, Mr. Kraja, who has been in the capacity of the head of the institution, removed the "Toyota Yaris" file from the investigation that had fallen to Duman by lot.
And in the conversations of the "SkyEcc" application, it was discussed that these people had influenced Mr. Kraja to remove the file and pass it on to two other prosecutors. It has been discussed that this file will be received by SPAK and will be passed on to the prosecutor's office in Tirana.
The file was removed from the hand of Duman and for this reason the Special Court ordered the investigation also against Mr. Kraja. But at the same time the two prosecutors of the case, who match the communications in "Sky Ecc" with the concrete actions they have carried out.
