The McGonigal case becomes an issue in the US Congress / The Chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the US House of Representatives yesterday asked the executive bodies to submit to this Commission all the documentation of the New York and Washington files that they have on the criminal activity of McGonigal former FBI counterintelligence chief for New York.
The commitment of the US Congress to the investigation of this issue proves the extraordinary importance of its clarification. The Democratic Party welcomes this act of the US Congress and expresses its commitment to provide its modest assistance in clarifying certain aspects of McGonigal's criminal activity in direct and close cooperation with Edi Rama, his private advisor Dorian Ducka, and the former officer of the secret police of Albania, Agron Neza in Albania.
The Democratic Party declares that the activity of this structured criminal group led by Edi Rama in Albania is complex and very serious.
Thus, this structured criminal group under the leadership of Edi Rama, in flagrant opposition to the laws of Albania and the USA, has committed itself against the Albanian opposition and its destruction, on account of the power of Edi Rama.
This group has applied in Albania based on the fraud of a system of fines against businesses, with which it has extorted tens of millions of euros from them.
Charlse McGonigal directly interfered with Edi Rama for issuing oil licenses on behalf of Deripaska's Russian companies.
At the request of Edi Rama, he has committed himself to a private investigation of the murder charges against the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, fabricated by Edi Rama's close ally, Tom Doshi, with the sole purpose of removing him from office and imprisoning the President as an opponent of Edi Rama.
For all this, the Democratic Party submitted to the parliament the request with 45 signatures of the opposition deputies for the investigation of the illegal activity of the structured criminal group Edi Rama, McGonigal, Dorian Ducka and Agron Neza in Albania, but in flagrant violation of the constitution, Edi Rama I do not allow the establishment of this commission.
In addition, the Special Prosecutor's Office of Albania, under the full control of Edi Rama, refused without any legal reason to open an investigation into the illegal criminal activity of the above group in Albania, despite the fact that the criminal offenses of this group were committed in Albania by Albanian citizens in cooperation with foreign citizens.
The rejection of the investigation of the criminal activity of the structured group Rama, Mc Gonigal, Duçka, Neza by SPAK proves clearly and conclusively that in Albania no criminal affair related to Edi Rama can be investigated of any weight.
