Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the 'Partizani' file, which reveals the state corruption of the Berisha family in the privatization of the former Partizani club, which was state land.
He emphasized that we are dealing with a former prime minister who has been declared non grata by the US for corruption.
"We must be clear about one thing. Berisha is non grata in America for corruption. Why prolong it? How can Washington issue non grata for corruption without evidence. This is how it will go. We will look at the judicial process. It will give us a clear picture of the whole accusation. We know Partizan's problem well. It was state property. It was the first airport of Albania. The second has become a soldier. In Kučovo many years later.

According to Njjela, the land has been state-owned since the time of the Italian occupation, when it was bought by the state of that time and turned into the first airport before it became Rinasi.
"I only speak with evidence. What I have explained is evidence. It was state property, because the airport was built by Italy at the time of the Italian state. Then the Albanian state inherited it. All the delegations of the communist regime traveled there. At the time of privatization, they gave it to each other. Qualities, participation, guilt will be decided in court", said the lawyer.
As for the accusations of Berisha and the lawyers, Ngjela says that these take force before the court if they are true and it is precisely before the judge when Berisha's guilt is proven or not.
"The evidence takes force before the court. These are accusations. And there are two people talking, Berisha's lawyer and the prosecutor. They must collide. Where do I know the evidence? Only the judicial process has the strength to give us the logic of incrimination. Not every prime minister's signature that is illegal is a crime. There must be purpose. There must be criminal intent. Guilt is the person's mental attitude towards the act. The one who is being accused must have maintained his psychic attitude. No reflection. It must be his own fault. The lawyer cannot overturn the file, if it is the government's decisions and these are reflected in corrupt acts, a special reaction is needed. So far we are in doubt. We have to wait for the court.
We know the page count. I am a professional, accusations are always wrong. Why else why is there innocence. To be precise, we must be even more precise. He was prime minister and president. Furthermore, the lawyer dismissed the possibility of capturing SPAK from Rama, since the Special Prosecutor's Office is run by internationals and will go to the root of corruption for other politicians as well.
"There is no cooperation between SPAK and Rama. Rama is not sure if he will be prime minister. I have been told by the internationals, we run SPAK. It is run by them. Blinken said, SPAK is run by us. Who asks Rama? It is threatened for itself. I know that there corruption will pass step by step. One by one they will all pass from that place.
